If we are purely talking about size, I have no preference. Big or small, I like them all. I do not, however, like implants. I would prefer natural small, modest or flat-chested to big, fake silicone. Of course my preferences come second to those of the woman themself. If THEY want implants because it makes them feel better about themself then who am I to argue?
